Danielle works with the Board and Executive Team to set strategic vision and cultivates relationships with partners, investors, lenders and community stakeholders.

Danielle serves as CEO of sister company CCI, where she has spent over 20 years leading acquisitions, dispositions, developments and refinances — closing hundreds of transactions nationwide including project-based Section 8, FHA-insured loans, HAP assignments, LIHTC and bond transactions, and ground-up affordable and market-rate development. She previously led CCI's Asset Management division.
