Erica Bishop

Vice President, Operations — Eastern Region

Erica oversees all operations across the company's portfolio in the Eastern Region.

After earning a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, Erica began her career in social services with a restorative justice nonprofit and went on to hold leadership roles spanning case management, program development and HUD-assisted housing. With more than 12 years in affordable housing, she previously served as Vice President of Resident Services, leading the Service Coordination program.
