Erin and her team ensure The PMC's communities maintain compliance with federal, state and local affordable housing programs and landlord/tenant law. She also oversees all property management training.

With more than 16 years in affordable housing, Erin has a comprehensive background in compliance, property operations, lease-ups, new construction and rehabilitation. She holds the CPM®, ARM®, SHCM® and CPO credentials and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
