Garry co-founded the company over 30 years ago and has been a prominent figure in real estate for more than 50 years in California, nationally and internationally.

Garry began as a commercial broker in Canada, immigrated to the U.S. in 1979, and grew a multi-family portfolio one building at a time through acquisitions, condominium conversions and land development. He purchased his first HUD building in 2000; since then his focus has been the acquisition, ownership and management of senior affordable housing.
