Kari oversees property operations across The PMC's national portfolio, providing strategic leadership for operations, compliance, financial performance and organizational growth.

With more than 20 years in affordable housing, Kari has led regional and national portfolios across the United States, stabilizing underperforming communities, leading difficult lease-ups and building high-performing teams. She brings deep expertise in HUD, LIHTC and Section 8 programs, holds an Associate Degree in Business, and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
