Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer

As Board Treasurer and CFO, Kim oversees the company's financial functions — accounting, audit and treasury for The PMC and its related parties — and manages external financial relationships and cash demands.

Kim first joined the company (at the time, CCI) more than twenty years ago. As it grew, she was essential to developing internal policies, procedures and organizational structure, guiding the organization from a small real estate investment company to a multi-faceted corporation with several lines of business.
