Lou co-founded The Property Management Company (then CCI) over 30 years ago and has purchased, sold and developed over $1 billion in real estate.

A 1985 honors graduate of California State University, Northridge (B.S. Business Administration, real estate and finance), Lou began in commercial brokerage focused on multi-family investment. For the last twenty years he has concentrated on Project-Based Section 8 and other affordable opportunities, navigating HUD's regulatory environment to serve the nation's low-income seniors.
