Ryan oversees maintenance protocols portfolio-wide — building systems, rehabilitation, capital planning, REAC/NSPIRE and preventative maintenance best practices, technician training and on-site safety.

Ryan joined The PMC (then CCI, Inc.) in 2022 with 20+ years of experience in construction and property maintenance and an MBA in Business Management. He previously led maintenance teams across independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities in multiple states.
